Generals.io is an exciting 2D battle game in which your choice will determine the results. Bringing together the easy gameplay of IO games, territorial wars, and strategic considerations, it will allow you to create your own empire and protect your castle from enemies. In each battle, there will be eight players, and one of them will come out as a winner.
Each battle starts from an initial base and small resources. You should take control over surrounding tiles, upgrade your protection, and expand your army. The larger territory you have, the more chances to attack your opponents.
Playing solely on defense will secure your castle for some time but also give your opponents a chance to develop further. Experienced players know how to protect their territory and attack opponents.
Generals.io mixes easily understood gameplay with complex strategic gameplay. Compete in eight-person games in which each move counts, building up more land, fortifying your positions, and making carefully planned attacks. With the simple 2D graphics and multiple strategies for play, you can expect each game to be different.
Conquer territory, protect your castle, and destroy other generals. Expand your borders but keep enough soldiers to guard against an unexpected attack.

In the early game, make sure not to spread out your forces too much. Upgrade your own positions first, and only after that consider making an aggressive move. Watch for openings in the opponent's borders where they have left them open. Plan several moves rather than attacking prematurely.
